Welcome to Norfolk Holiday Lets. Our self-catering holiday cottages are perfect for families, and many of them are pet-friendly too. We have a wide range of accommodation to suit all budgets and requirements, so you're sure to find the perfect place to stay with us. We're a family-run business situated in the beautiful West Norfolk coastal village of Heacham. Our business offers a selection of self-catering cottages as well as pitches for tents, caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and explore all that Norfolk has to offer!

We are within walking distance of the beach, shops and pubs and we are also close to a number of attractions such as Hunstanton pier, Sandringham Estate, Ringstead Downs and RSPB Snettisham. We have a range of cottages to suit all budgets and group sizes and we welcome both families and groups of friends.

All of our self-catering holiday cottages are dog-friendly and we will happily provide you with a list of recommended dog-walking routes, places to eat that accept dogs and local attractions that are also pet-friendly. In order for us to best accommodate you and your pet, please let us know if you are bringing your dogs when making your booking. That way, we can make sure to provide you with all the necessary information to have a fun and enjoyable stay for both you and your four-legged friend!

With its extensive tidal marshes and mudflats, this RSPB nature reserve is a fantastic location for birdwatching. Dogs on leashes are welcome in the reserve, where you may take long, beautiful hikes. One of the few locations in Norfolk where you can see the sunset over the water is the west-facing Snettisham shoreline.

Discover this expansive rural estate's lawns, woodlands, and neighbouring beach on Norfolk's north coast. Dogs are not permitted inside Holkham Hall, but as you go across the park, you may admire breathtaking views of this magnificent stately home from the 18th century. Given that local wildlife and deer freely traverse the region, it is advised to keep your dog on a leash. You and your dog are welcome to explore freely on the kilometres of golden dunes at Holkham Bay.

What time is check-in & check out?

Our standard check-in time is 5 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on other reservations. There is no charge for early check-in or late checkout if we are able to accommodate your request. If we are not able to accommodate your request, there is a £10 fee for each additional hour.
