The vast open landscape of the Norfolk Coast is a rambler's heaven, so dust off your camping gear, clean your trekking poles, pack your backpacking tent, and plan an adventure! We are ideally located for hiking the Norfolk Coast Path; the trail begins and ends with us! Pitch up your ultralight tent and start walking from Old Hunstanton to Great Yarmouth along the coast path. From the sea to the top, you'll see beautiful views along the rolling countryside and epic coastal terrain of North Norfolk! Or end your hike of the Norfolk Coast Path with us and treat yourself to s'mores around a fire pit, or dip in the sea and enjoy a sunset over the horizon while you reminisce over your experience before pitching your hikers tent. Hike as a group, with two people, or go at it solo; either way, you will enjoy an experience of a lifetime, complete with a great night's sleep once you're done.

You can also ramble locally, as there are many great places to explore such as Wild Ken Hill, The Peddars Way, and Castle Rising. Your hiking tent pitch will be the perfect base: close to the beach, dog friendly, with an even pitch and great back-to-basics facilities, including showers, toilets, and drinking water. There are also plenty of pubs in the nearby village to recuperate, celebrate your achievements, or plan your next hike! Your lightweight backpacking tent will fit right in at our camp, as we welcome backpackers and thru-hikers alike.

Hunstanton Hikers Tent Details

Hunstanton Camping & Glamping with mYminiBreak is a back-to-basics campsite. We are situated in a peaceful coastal countryside location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. A Hiking Tent Pitch is for a maximum of 2 people, with 1 person included in the price per pitch.

All of our pitches are grass, and we provide all of the basic facilities: fresh, clean drinking water; unisex showers; separate toilets; separate washrooms; and grey waste disposal. We welcome all dogs to our campsite, but we politely ask that they be kept under control at all times to respect other guests, their pets, and the local wildlife. If you would like to bring your dog or dogs to our campsite, please choose that option when making your booking online. Campfires, fire pits, and BBQs are allowed (following site rules). Our free WiFi is easy to access if you have a Facebook account.

A car is NOT included with a Hiking Tent Pitch, however, if you would like to bring a vehicle along you can do so by adding this from the available options when making your booking online. Please note: Parking next to the pitch is prohibited for safety reasons; you must park in the designated parking areas. Early check-in is available and can be added to your booking via our online form. Charging points for small electrical devices are available upon request.

Camping water and electricity can at times be troublesome, so if you have any medical conditions that require the use of this infrastructure, please do not rely on these facilities being stable as they are in domestic use and we can not guarantee a constant 24-hour supply.
