Norfolk Short Breaks are uniquely located on the edge of the village looking out south over open farmland the farmland neighbouring our boundaries is owned by wild ken hill, a popular rewilding project in Norfolk which is just north of the royal Sandringham estate. Dersingham Bogs is a national trust area of special scientific interest along with RSPB Snettisham where the coastal path from our venue runs south all the way to King's Lynn and beyond. Going north the coastal path continues right to Cromer and the towns along the coastline.

For the cyclists and hikers you can benefit from over 50 miles of coastal pathways that run 20 miles south and over 30 miles north all the way round to Suffolk and beyond. For bird watchers we have three RSPB sites on our doorstep and with protected common spaces and initial trusts that give plenty of scope to view and watch Norfolk birds. The unique habitat found in around our Norfolk Short Breaks include the open salt marshes and mud flats of the wash or the sandbanks that give protected areas for wading birds to roost and provide great opportunities to view these open feeding sites for many species.
