The Old Barn is our most spacious self-catering holiday cottage. It has been renovated retaining many of its original features such as the natural beauty of its chalk internal walls. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two singles). Downstairs the open-plan layout provides you with a dining area, kitchen, and a spacious lounge, giving your family plenty of space to relax in.
The Barn, self-catering cottage is just a short walk to the beach so it makes a great base in which to relax in a 'home from home' atmosphere, be it for a great short break or longer, hideaway holiday.
All our Norfolk cottages are dog-friendly, as is West Norfolk as a whole. There are many dog-friendly beaches with our own South Beach at Heacham welcoming four-legged friends all year round. Let us know if you need a dog bed, blanket, or towel during your stay and we'll make sure they're here waiting for you when you stay with us.

If you are a large party looking to book a stay with us, the Churnery can be linked through a connecting door to provide extra space so you’re not on top of each other!
Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival but may be changed if required (a fee applies). All rooms are cleaned upon departure.
While we are happy to accommodate your four-legged furry friends, we do ask that they are kept under control and you are respectful of your room.
