Where items are damaged in a manner that is not through normal use, or items are stolen, then we will seek to reclaim the cost of replacement for these items. This includes damage to furniture, crockery, glasses, and bedding.

  • There is a no smoking policy in all buildings. We reserve the right to seek compensation (including consequential loss) for any damage and additional costs of cleaning (such as curtains, blinds, bedding etc) caused by a guest 'smoking' within the property. Consequential costs may be incurred where it is not possible to remove the smell of smoke from the room prior to the arrival of the next guest who subsequently demands compensation from us.

This no-smoking rule does not apply to the campsite, only to the shared facilities buildings ie the shower/toilet block.
