Here at Norfolk Coast B&B Cottages & Camping, we are a small family run business with big aspirations. We strive to create a working environment that not only inspires our staff but also encourages and enables them to reach their full potential. We have a flagship venue on Heacham South Beach, with the fantastic accommodation we already have to offer here, we will soon also be opening our new Self Catering Stables and new Glamping Units. Analysing and utilising spreadsheet data. Using Google tools like Search Console, Analytics, Admin Console, Workspace and MyBusiness. Running audits, creating reports and managing co-workers to work together as a team on areas that need improvement. Utilising many 3rd party applications to use to our advantage. Automating processes to make work more efficient. Setting up and connecting to SMTP servers such as Google or Amazon. Using open-source software and customising it to achieve an objective. Using 3rd party apps in conjunction with automation to streamline customer interaction.
Sasha - Administrative Assistant

Since starting here in April I have added to my repertoire of skills with a working knowledge of our in-house database, GMB, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Pitch Up, Guestlink, Air BnB and Expedia. Utilising Adobe Spark & Lightroom and my own creative writing to make content for our booking agents, social media pages and website blogs.
I am confident in using our project management system Asana, working independently and as part of a team to see projects through.
Although I have learned a lot so far, I know there is a long way to go with new challenges daily and an always-changing workload.

Blaze - Head Housekeeper

I have a great working relationship with other departments, such as reception and maintenance, making sure that all issues are dealt with swiftly. I have learnt time management skills, this has been essential for me to juggle my many responsibilities. My attention to detail has really improved to ensure rooms are spic and span and well serviced and that equipment is stored safely. I am now a stickler for health and safety as we have had to implement an even more stringent cleaning regime due to Covid.
